We are a small team — is TadauHR too much for us?
No. People Operations is built for small teams that need employee records, leave, claims, attendance, self-service, and standard reports. It scales with you as you grow.
Can staff apply for leave and overtime themselves?
Yes. Staff submit leave and overtime from their own account; managers approve or reject — leave can even be approved by email without logging in. Balances update automatically.
Is TadauHR available in Bahasa Malaysia?
Yes. The whole interface runs in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with Malay as the default. Switch language any time from the menu.
Is there a free trial, and how does pricing work?
You can start with a free 15-day trial. It needs no card details and covers 20 active employees and 1 GB of file storage, which is enough to run your real workflow end to end. People Operations is RM 39 per month and includes 20 active employees, with each extra active employee at RM 2. Only employees with an active status are billed. Custom pricing is available for teams over 100.
Who can see what inside the system, and is my data mine?
Access is role-based: admin, HR, managers, and staff each see what they should. Your employee, attendance, and leave records stay yours and exportable at any time.
How much file storage is included?
Every subscription includes 5 GB shared across leave attachments, claim receipts, photos, and employee documents. A free trial includes 1 GB, and subscribing raises it to 5 GB. Need more? Add a pack at any time: +5 GB for RM 5, +20 GB for RM 15, or +50 GB for RM 30 per month. Packs need an active subscription. You hold one pack at a time, so switching replaces the current one, and uploads simply stop at the quota — there is never an overage charge.
