Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 August 2026
These terms govern your use of SabStack and the TadauHR product. SabStack is a Sabah-based business serving SMEs across Malaysia. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
Who we are
SabStack ("we", "us") is a business based in Sabah, Malaysia, operating the TadauHR service. Business registration details are available on request and will be published here once finalised.
The service
TadauHR is a cloud-based human-resources tool for SMEs, covering attendance, leave, overtime, employee records, claims, and HR documents. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.
Accounts and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- If you load employee data into TadauHR, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for the accuracy of that data.
- You must ensure your users comply with these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content.
- Attempt to breach security, access other customers' data, or disrupt the service.
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Upload malware or overload the system through automated abuse.
Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), through our payment provider, Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
- Taxes are not currently added to your price. If we become required to charge tax (for example, SST upon registration), we will apply it and notify you in advance.
- We may change prices; changes apply from your next renewal and we will give reasonable notice.
- Late or failed payment may lead to suspension of access until resolved.
Free trial
We may offer a free trial so you can evaluate TadauHR with your own data. No card details are required to start the trial. Access ends when the trial period ends unless you subscribe.
Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel anytime from inside the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Annual plans are refundable anytime. Within 14 days of the initial payment for that annual term, you can request a full refund. After 14 days, you receive a partial refund for the unused portion, calculated pro rata for the remaining full months of the term.
- Monthly plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop future renewals.
Your data
Your employee, attendance, and leave records remain yours, along with the files you upload to your workspace. We process them to provide the service and in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains where they are stored. You can export your records at any time while your account is active. After termination, we provide a reasonable window to export before data and uploaded files are deleted in line with our retention practices.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep TadauHR available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance, ideally with notice for major work. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important records you export.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to the data export window described above.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service and legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted here with a new update date, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
